Healing Traditions helps people heal from within and create balance in their daily lives primarily through massage therapy, Reiki, and other selected modalities. Founding practitioner Bonnie Landsee was introduced to Reiki in 1997 when she went to a Reiki practioner for migraine headache relief that wouldn’t involve a doctor office visit or prescription. “I was so impressed by the positive effects of energy work on my own health that I decided to study it.”

Bonnie practiced for 10 years before expanding her studies and services to include massage therapy, crystal healing, and aromatherapy. She also studied neuromuscular therapy, muscle restore technique, Tui Na (Chinese massage), acupressure, lymphatic massage, and Hawaiian massage, and often combines all these modalities into a single multi-dimensional session tailored to personal need.
